Sealord

Objective:

Sealord had been developing an understanding of its identity, in order to reconnect Sealord staff worldwide with the business and take it successfully into the future. They were looking for someone to develop the tools and effective delivery mechanism to enable Managers to help their teams to find a way to be involved and contribute to the future of the company through Sealord's identity and values. Sealord wanted their managers to understand the benefits of embracing the Sealord vision and values and be able to articulate the stories with confidence.

Solution:

In consultation with key stakeholders, Wade Jackson provided the following solution:

  • Designed and delivered interactive Storytelling workshops and follow up sessions
  • Contributed to the Sealord Manager toolkit which included his Stories at Work book, DVD, materials, visual aids
  • Instrumental in the creation of the online Story database
  • Regular communication to check progress with key stakeholders
